As it says at the foot of the page: "Subtle colour changes by some sort of moron ..."!

I have no idea why I changed from black pen to blue at this point in the story. The most obvious reason is that my black pen ran out of ink but it's hard to believe there wasn't another black pen in the house!

Ho hum ... perhaps they were still rationed when I wrote this. It was a very long time ago!
