I've no idea whether it still exists but, in case it doesn't, back in the day Energen was some kind of widely advertised food (or drink?) supposed to help people lose weight (presumably with the usual caveat "as part of a calorie-controlled diet"). No, okay, knowing that doesn't make the joke any funnier but at least you now know why it's there!

I haven't said anything so far about the obvious digs at the show itself. I mean, they're pretty self-explanatory, right?
