This page is the opening splash from BVC's up and coming title "Dead Man's Chest".

One of the Midnite Comics' titles still in production at the time that site crashed, DMC is created and written by David A J Berner. Artwork is by Mexican artist Ulises Curiel with colours by US colourist Bill Key and letters by Oscar Cavazos.

In this opening scene our 16th Century hero, Jake, demonstrates that walking the plank can be just as effective in the 21st Century as it was in his day!
