Okay ... this is not fully explained in the comic (well, it's not strictly necessary for the story) but, for anyone who's interested in the fine detail, here's some more info on the telekinetic abilities of Rebecca, Ryan and Craig.

Their "telekinesis" takes a particular form - the manipulation, compression and "explosion" of air. Ryan's control of his telekinesis is pretty raw. He can "explode" huge volumes of air but with little control over it. By forcing air through his backpack, he can exert a greater degree of control and move at great speeds.

Craig, on the other hand, can only manage very small, sharp bursts of air but he can execute any number in rapid succession. In practice, he uses this to create small "explosions" over buttons, switches or the keys of a keyboard etc., enabling him to control complex machinery such as his "Spyder" chair at, quite literally, the speed of thought.

Rebecca has less force than Ryan and less precision than Craig but, overall, she has a better balance between the two. With more self-belief, she could exercise her powers even without the belt and bracelets Craig has built for her. Okay - 'nuff said!
